Regarding the recent video of a man appearing to throw a cat off a balcony, our own Alli was approached for comment about the horrific act. As Alli said, animals depend on people in power to look out for them. We hope that people will wield that power and bring that man to justice. As of this writing, the Hawaiian Humane Society is offering a $5000 reward for any information that will lead to the arrest of the individual who committed the crime.
